1. Place Your Deposit – Secure your order with a deposit.

2. Customize Your Cuts – We’ll schedule a call to go over your cut page, tailoring it to your cooking style and preferences.

3. Ready for Pickup or Delivery – Once your order is processed, we’ll notify you and arrange either a pickup or delivery based on your location. The remaining balance is due upon receipt.

Receiving Your Order

• Free Delivery – We deliver at no cost to San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas, including San Marcos, New Braunfels, Georgetown, Leander, Seguin, and Boerne. Outside of this scope, you will be charge an additional $100 for delivery fee, ex: Houston, DFW, etc.

• Free Pickup – Available at our ranch in Dilley.

• Shipping – For customers outside our delivery area in Texas, UPS shipping is available at $1.20/lb. Shipping to other areas will be quoted individually.

Pricing & Payment

• Half Cow: $3.00/lb. hoof weight (Avg. 400-500 lbs)​

• Whole Cow: $3.00/lb. hoof weight (Avg. 800-900 lbs)​

No sales tax or hidden fees
Payment Options: Credit, Check, or Cash (balance due at delivery/pickup)

Turnaround Time

• Orders are typically ready 2-4 weeks from deposit.

• Cut selection emails are sent 1-2 weeks after deposit.

Packaging & Storage

• Each cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen by our Texas state-inspected butcher.

• Your order is packed in cardboard boxes with an inventory sheet listing all cuts.

• A half cow requires 8-9 cu ft of freezer space.

Pickup Tips

• A half cow fits easily in a car backseat or trunk.

• Coolers are optional if traveling under 3 hours.

• Dry ice is not needed—if using ice, keep it in bags and place it on top of the meat.
