About Us
Welcome to Redstone! We are the Pritchett family, and Redstone is a heritage ranch focusing on growing USDA Prime Beefmaster cattle. We are two generations working the land, improving the herd, and enhancing the environment to enlarge the Whitetail and Quail populations.
Our Heritage
We all are hands-on here, and Redstone is both a business and our home. We aim to grow a quality product while enjoying the process of ranching while teaching our kids to love and respect the land, the herd, and the process. To that end, our son handles much of the day-to-day tasks; our daughter is taking on the ranch’s marketing. Both attend Texas Tech University and spend most of their home-time here on the ranch working or showing cattle.
Our Business
The ranch also has a beautiful lodge that is built and designed to entertain. The land is fertile, and besides growing quality Beefmaster Bulls, we work to expand the whitetail and wild quail populations. Redstone is red-dirt country, and that’s what it takes to build Big, Trophy wild game. Visitors to the ranch can expect a mix of wildland and improvements such as:
